Hi. I am a high school literacy coach (2 years) and continue to struggle to demo lessons for teachers; I collaborate on lessons, research best practices--Any ideas? I know it is near the end of the year, but I still would like to join teachers in the classroom.

Hi. I am a Gifted Education Coach at the elementary level. This is our first year as a district to implement the coaching model. I too am struggling to get into the classrooms in an effective way. I am anxious to hear about things you have found to be successful.
